Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd. Q1FY27 Results

SBCL reported Q1FY27 earnings with the revenue rising 12% at Rs 182 crore as compared to Rs 163 crore QoQ. The net profit was up 26.9% at Rs 33 crore compared with Rs 26 crore QoQ. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) margin stood at 23.7% as compared to 21.8% QoQ while the Ebitda was up 21.8% at Rs 43.2 crore vs Rs 35.5 crore QoQ.

Subsequent to the quarter end, SBCL received Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for Phase I of its Pune manufacturing facility. The approval is valid until June 30, 2032. The facility expands SBCL's capabilities in value-added components and assemblies for automotive electrification and battery-related applications, including Cell Connecting Systems, busbar connectors and PCBA assemblies.

Change In Management

The company also announced that the Chief Financial Officer, Rajeev Ranjan, has resigned due to personal reasons. His resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2026.
