Shiprocket plans to deploy Rs 365.6 crore from the fresh issue towards marketing, technology infrastructure and capabilities.

Another Rs 210 crore will be used to repay debt. The company had total borrowings of Rs 244.5 crore as of July 10, 2026.

The remaining funds will support potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
