HUDCO Q1 Results: Net Profit Rises 13%, Revenue Jumps 34%

Housing & Urban Development Corp. logged a 13% rise in net profit during the quarter ended June 2025, according to the financial results declared by the company on Wednesday.

HUDCO reported a consolidated bottom line of Rs 630.2 crore against Rs 557.8 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue increased 34.2% to Rs 2,937.31 crore compared to Rs 2,188.35 crore in the same period last year. The net interest income rose 33.4% to Rs 948 crore from Rs 711 crore.

Shares of HUDCO closed 3.16% higher at Rs 218.74 apiece on the National Stock Exchange before the announcement, compared to a 0.31% decline in the benchmark Nifty. The share price has fallen 9.75% in the last 12 months and 25.89% on a year-to-date basis.

Two analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock, as per Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price targets implies a potential upside of 42.1%.
