Celebrated playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai, purchasing a premium apartment in the upscale locality of Worli. The property, bought jointly with her parents Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal, is valued at Rs 29.70 crore. The deal was officially registered in April 2026, as per property documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
The apartment is located in the luxury residential project Godrej Trilogy in Worli, one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighbourhoods. As per the registration details, the residence offers a carpet area of approximately 2,430 sq. ft. (225.76 sq. m.), with a total built-up area of around 2,750 sq. ft (255.51 sq. m.). The property also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, adding to its premium appeal. The buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.78 crore, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Worli has long been known as one of Mumbai's prime real estate hubs, thanks to its strong connectivity and high-end lifestyle offerings. Its location places it close to important commercial centres like Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Nariman Point, making it especially attractive to professionals and business leaders.
