Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar will release in Japan on July 10, 2026, with Jio Studios unveiling a new poster for the overseas launch. The move opens a new market for one of the highest-grossing Indian films after its strong global box office run.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller has built momentum in India and overseas with action-led storytelling and strong audience response. The Japan release adds another phase to the film's international journey.
Global Push
The new poster, titled Operation Dhurandhar, shows Ranveer Singh in an action look and has drawn attention online. The film will be distributed in Japan by TWIN Co., Ltd., the company that also released RRR in the market.
The poster also carries the text "Gully Boy" Ranveer Singh and "K.G.F: Chapter 2" Sanjay Dutt. Social media users said the references may help introduce both actors through films already known in Japan.
