The newly inaugurated elevated nature trail at Mumbai's Malabar Hill has quickly become a popular tourist destination, with about 3,400 visitors flocking to the scenic trail in just two days of opening. On, the first day of operation, Mar. 30, about 1,053 citizens visited the trail, the Mumbai civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.

In a post on X, the BMC claimed that about 2,346 citizens and tourists flocked to enjoy the scenic beauty of Malabar Hill on Mar. 31, driven by the public holiday due to the Eid festival. The peaceful environment of the tourist spot has made it a popular elevated forest walkway for short getaways.

The Mumbai civic body also shared photos of the public visiting the spot on the inaugural day, with many people seen enjoying the scenic view of the hills from the trail. Tickets for the trail can be booked online.
