Irumudi ended its opening weekend on a high, collecting Rs 18.80 crore net in India on Sunday, its best single-day figure so far. The film saw a 16% jump from Saturday's Rs 16.20 crore, taking its three-day India net collection to Rs 50.30 crore, according to Sacnilk.
The Telugu version accounted for most of Sunday's earnings with Rs 18.76 crore, while the Tamil version added Rs 4 lakh.
The Ravi Teja-starrer also performed well overseas, earning Rs 3.50 crore on Day 3. Its overseas gross now stands at Rs 13.50 crore, taking the film's worldwide gross to Rs 71.87 crore.
Irumudi Weekend Collection
The film's collections have climbed steadily through its opening weekend. Irumudi started with Rs 15.30 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 16.20 crore on Saturday before reaching Rs 18.80 crore on Sunday.
With that final weekend jump, the film crossed the Rs 50-crore mark in India within three days of release.
