The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) announced the pre-university course (PUC) 2, also known as Class 12th, exam results on Tuesday, April 8, at 12:30 p.m.
In a press conference, the board announced the results, during which the state's Minister for School Education and Literacy, Madhu Bangarappa were present. Students can now access the results from the board’s official website from 1:30 p.m. onwards.
Overall, 6,37,405 students appeared across all streams, and 4,68,439 passed, making the total pass percentage 73.45%. The board also announced the Karnataka PUC 2 exam 2 dates which will be held from April 24 to May 8 and exam 3 will be held from June 9 to 21.
The Science stream had the highest pass percentage, with 2,80,933 students appearing and 2,31,461 passing, leading to a pass percentage of 82.45%.
In the Commerce stream, 2,03,429 students appeared, and 1,55,425 passed, giving a pass percentage of 76.07%.
The arts stream saw 1,53,043 students appearing for the exam, out of which 81,553 students passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 53.29%.

The PUC 2 exams were held from March 1 to 20, and the board released the answer key on March 21.
The KSEAB will also share the details about pass percentage, total registrations, and scorecard among other things. This time, more than 7 lakh students appeared for the PUC 2 exam 1 in Karnataka.

Submit your login details such as roll number, registration number, and combination.
You will be directed to your results. Download a copy of the result for future reference.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2024
In 2024, a total of 6,98,378 students were eligible for PUC 2 exams in Karnataka, of which 6,81,079 appeared in the exams. According to the board’s official data, 5,52,690 students cleared the exam last year. The overall pass percentage stood at 81.15%. This included 2,49,927 successful candidates from Science, 1,28,448 students from Arts, and 1,74,315 students from Commerce.
The board had declared PUC 2 2024 results on April 10.
