According to a recent Kotaku report, the game will be released in late October 2025, with October 28 being the most likely date. This new information allows us to further narrow the date, as Rockstar has already confirmed a Fall 2025 release on multiple occasions. Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, also indicated that the game will launch in the fall of 2025 and that a delay into 2026 is unlikely. But not impossible.

Rockstar Games has a pattern of releasing major titles in late October. The report highlights that October 28, 2025, falls on the last Tuesday of the month, a timeframe that aligns with previous Rockstar releases.
