Google Pixel 9a: Forget The Missing Bar, This Feature Will Steal Your Heart

Google Pixel 9a colors have been revealed and it certainly has raised its game against bitter rivals like Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Notably, Google Pixel smartphones are generally pushed into the third spot behind Apple and Samsung in terms of popularity, if not quality. The reason is that Google simply does not want to play in the smartphone hardware sales market, but wants to mark its place there nevertheless and therefore, quality-wise, its smartphones compete with the best.

The smartphone game for Google consists entirely of the software - Android. And that software is found on almost all phones including the likes of Samsung, Nothing and of course, Chinese ones. In fact, apart from Apple, Google is the only major smartphone maker that makes both its own smartphones and OS. And Google is likely mining as much data as possible from its Pixel smartphones to make sure Android stays on top.

And that brings us to the upcoming Google Pixel 9a and what special things is Google rolling out to capture eye-balls. There are quite a few changes being made according to reports. The camera bump, in fact, the entire bar is gone and has been replaced by a normal looking camera placement. The chip is expected to be the best one and its camera is expected to do wonders, as usual. Of course, artificial intelligence will likely beat anything that Samsung has been hocking - do remember to reign in your expectations as this is a budget smartphone and not a premium one. Think iPhone SE.

While all that is very much expected, Google has ramped up its smartphone game with Google Pixel 9a. Apart from all else in specs and features department, it has come up with some magnificent colors as the latest renders indicate. If you can fall in love with a smartphone at first look, then Google Pixel 9a will qualify. Colors are extremely important as has been proved time and again by Apple. Earlier there was the explosive cherry red color, then there were special colors rolled out in the form of yellow and even green apart from those revealed on launch of every new series (these special colored iPhones were rolled out months after the launch of the series itself).

Google Pixel 9a colors, as revealed by an Android Headlines report, include Obsidian (black) and Porcelain (white) colors. These are the usual colors that most every smartphone maker rolls out. But the other two colors are special. There is Peony (pink) and Iris (purple).

These are colors that make any smartphone stand out and the Pixel 9a is likely set to gain a major booster shot from this alone.

However, the only thing that is messing with the entire lineup is that the loss of the camera bar on the Pixel 9a is jarring, to say the least. However, the new colors will likely allow the smartphone to rise over that negative. And, overall, a lot will depend on the price and features.
