Waaree Energies Ltd. reported nearly a fourfold jump in its net profit for the third quarter of financial year 2025.
India's largest solar panel manufacturer's net profit rose 294% year-on-year to Rs 493 crore in the third quarter, as per its exchange filing.

Revenue rose 116% to Rs 3,457 crore versus Rs 1,596 crore.
Ebitda rose 322% to Rs 722 crore versus Rs 171 crore.
Margin at 20.9% versus 10.7%.
Net profit up 294% to Rs 493 crore versus Rs 125 crore.
Waaree Energies' order book to date stands at 26.5 GW valued at Rs 50,000 crore.
Trial production commenced at a 5.4 GW solar cell manufacturing facility during the quarter. A 1.6 GW solar module line in the US also commenced its commercial production.

Shares ended 0.82% lower at Rs 2,190.65 apiece, ahead of the results, compared to a 0.3% gain in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
