Q4 Results 2025 Today: Cochin Shipyard, JSW Energy, ITC Hotels, LIC Housing Finance And More On May 15

Bikaji Foods International, Cochin Shipyard, Patanjali Foods, Kaynes Technology India and Page Industries are among the companies set to announce their quarterly performance results for the quarter and the financial year ending March 2025 on Thursday.

Other big names also include Allied Blenders and Distillers, PB Fintech, LIC Housing Finance, Jupiter Wagons, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals and ITC Hotels, among others.

Many companies across sectors like healthcare, financial services, FMCG and engineering, among others, are scheduled to announce Q4 results. They have announced their plans to share their financial results for the January-March period. While releasing earnings reports, these companies will also share a holistic picture of their FY25 financial health and FY26 outlook.

These companies are scheduled to hold their respective Board Meetings on Thursday, during which some might consider a recommendation for dividend declaration. The announcements will be made public after the conclusion of the meetings.

Cochin Shipyard reported Q3FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,148 crore, up 8.7% year-on-year from Rs 1,056 crore in the year-ago period. Its net profit fell 27.4% to Rs 177 crore from Rs 244 crore. The EBITDA dropped 23% YoY to Rs 237 crore from Rs 310 crore. Meanwhile, the margin narrowed to 20.7% from 29.3%.

In Q3FY25, ITC Hotels reported a total income of Rs 1.64 crore, reflecting a marginal rise of 2.5% compared to Rs 1.6 crore in the year-ago quarter. Net profit rose to Rs 74.35 lakh from Rs 41.68 lakh, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 78%. Meanwhile, the company’s total expenses dropped 70% YoY to Rs 64.56 lakh compared to Rs 2.15 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.

Kaynes Technology India reported Q3FY25 revenue of Rs 661 crore, up 30% from Rs 509 crore last year. Net profit rose 47% YoY to Rs 66 crore from Rs 45 crore. The company’s EBITDA increased 35% year-on-year to Rs 94 crore. Meanwhile, EBITDA margin improved to 14.2% from 13.7% in Q3FY24.
