LTIMindtree, one of India’s most prominent information technology services companies, is set to declare its results for the quarter that ended December 31, 2024, soon. LTIMindtree is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T). The IT company, established in 1996 as L&T Information Technology Ltd., took over Bengaluru-based company Mindtree in 2019. Nearly three years later, the companies merged to form a single entity named LTIMindtree in May 2022.
LTIMindtree has a market cap valued at over Rs 1.78 lakh crore. The company has a base of over 84,000 employees and 700 plus clients, ranking it among the top IT companies in the country.

LTIMindtree Q3 Results: Date And Time
LTIMindtree in a stock exchange filing informed the bourses that the company will declare its Q3 results on Thursday, Jan. 16.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, inter‐alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2024, along with the Limited Review Report(s) of the Statutory Auditor thereon,” the company said.
The filing further mentioned that the earnings conference call will also be held on Thursday, details of which have not been notified yet.
Additionally, the trading window for dealing in securities of LTIMindtree will remain closed till Jan. 18.
LTIMindtree Share Price History
The share price of LTIMindtree Ltd. has slipped over 10% in the past month while declining 4.4% in the last year. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has gained more than 7% and climbed 3.4% in one week. On Jan. 13, LTIMindtree shares price closed 1.59% lower at Rs 6,027 apiece on the NSE, as compared to a fall of 1.47% in benchmark Nifty 50 at 23,085.95 points.
LTIMindtree Q2 Performance
LTIMindtree’s consolidated profit after taxes (PAT) increased 7.7% year-on-year in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal to Rs 1251.6 crore as compared to Rs 1162.3 crore in Q2 FY24. The revenue during this period rose 5.9% YoY to Rs 9,432.9 crore as compared to Rs 8,905.4 crore in the second quarter of the previous fiscal.
