Mukesh Ambani-led Jio Financial Services Ltd. is scheduled to declare its results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, on Thursday. The company has already notified the exchanges about its Q4 result announcement schedule.
The company, with a market cap of Rs 1.53 lakh crore, is part of Reliance Group. It offers financial services loans, savings accounts, UPI bill payments, recharges and digital insurance services to its customers.

Reliance Group’s Jio Financial Services Ltd. informed the Exchange on Monday, April 14, that its Board Meeting will be held on April 17, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 2025 (FY25).
In this meeting, the board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the financial year.
As part of SEBI’s regulatory requirements, the trading window will remain closed from April 1 until 48 hours after the company’s financial results for FY25, are made public. This applies to directors, promoters, and other designated persons.

In a separate exchange filing, Jio Financial Services Ltd. said that a presentation to analysts on the financial results for the quarter will be held following the board meeting.
"We wish to inform you that a presentation to analysts on financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, shall be made on April 17, 2025, at 19.30 hours IST after the Board meeting," the company said.

Jio Financial Services Share Price History
Shares of Jio Financial Services Ltd. have risen more than 10% over the past five trading sessions and nearly 9% in a month on the NSE. In contrast, it has fallen 27.41% over the past six months while declining 33% in a year. On a year-to-date basis, shares of Jio Financial Services have declined 20%
The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 394.70 on April 23, 2024. Its 52-week low was recorded on March 3, 2025, at Rs 198.6 a piece.
Jio Financial Services Q3 Results
In the quarter ending December 2024, Jio Financial Services reported a 3% quarter-on-quarter increase in revenue, reaching Rs 29,307 crore from Rs 28,338 crore. Profit increased by 4%, reaching Rs 6,477 crore, compared to Rs 6,231 crore in the previous quarter.
Ebitda also rose 3% to Rs 15,478 crore versus Rs 15,036 crore in the preceding three months. However, the margins witnessed a slight drop to 52.81% versus 53.06% in the September 2024 quarter.
