Federal Bank: The board approved raising up to Rs 6,000 crore via bonds.
CG Power: The company launched a qualified institutional placement to raise up to Rs 3,000 crore. The indicative issue price is set at Rs 660 apiece, which is at a 3.25% discount from the last closing price. At full subscription, the QIP will result in 2.89% dilution of the company’s post-issue equity capital. The issue opens on June 30 and closes on July 1.
NCC: The company received a Rs 1,691 crore order in June. The order is related to building division. These orders are received from state government agencies and private limited company and do not include any internal orders.
Bharat Electronics: The company secured an additional order worth Rs 528 crore. Major orders received include radars, communication equipment, EVMs, jammers, shelters, control centre, spares, services.
Hudco: Achieves loan sanctions of Rs 33,904 crore in first quarter, achieves loan disbursements of Rs 12,812 crore in first quarter.
Kalpataru Projects: The company received Rs 989 crore order under transmission and distribution overseas segment.
Aditya Birla Capital: The company allotted non-convertible debentures worth Rs 1,300 crore on a private placement basis.
Prestige Estates: The company launched a 21.84-acre residential project in Chennai. The gross development value of the project Is Rs 3,350 crore.
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise: The company plans to merge two demerged subsidiaries into arm Apollo Healthtech, which is set to list on the NSE and the BSE.
Bharat Forge: The company transfers defence business to arm Kalyani strategic systems. Approved To acquire AAM India manufacturing corporation for up to Rs 770 crore.

Globe Civil Projects: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Tuesday at an issue price of Rs 71 apiece. The Rs 119-crore initial public offering was subscribed 86.04 times on its third and final day.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Tuesday at an issue price of Rs 400 apiece. The Rs 852.53-crore IPO was subscribed 22.19 times on its third and final day.
