BSE
Shares of BSE rose nearly 2% on Thursday after they hit a four-month low on Wednesday. Goldman Sachs cut its target price to Rs 4,230 while maintaining a 'neutral' rating. The lowering of the target price follows NSE's announcement to shift its F&O expiry day from Thursday to Monday. This change significantly impacts BSE's potential to expand its index options market share, according to the brokerage, as it is a crucial revenue driver for the exchange.
Gensol Engineering
Gensol Engineering fell as much as 10% to Rs 334.80 apiece, extending its fall. The stock hit the lower circuit limit following a rating downgrade from ICRA, which cited delays in servicing term loan obligations as the primary reason for the downgrade.
Route Mobile
Shares of Route Mobile Ltd. rose on Thursday as the company, with Proximus Global and Telesign, will partner with Nokia to explore opportunities that utilise their respective strengths in network API solutions to support developers as they create new applications for enterprises. The shares rose as much as 11.87% to Rs 1,120 apiece. They pared gains to trade 4.06% higher at Rs 1,041.75 apiece, as of 12:35 p.m. This compares to a 0.41% advance in the NSE Nifty 50.
Zaggle
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd. rose nearly 5% on Thursday to touch its upper circuit and was trading 2.68% higher at Rs 370 per share as of 12:38 p.m. This comes after the company entered an agreement to provide Spend Management Dashboard Zatix Platform Service to Tech Mahindra.
Castrol
The shares of Castrol India Ltd. rose as much as 13.32% to Rs 251.95 apiece following news that Saudi Aramco is considering a potential offer for lubricant assets being sold by BP Plc.
HDFC Bank
HDFC Bank Ltd. fell over 1% on Thursday but was trading 0.59% lower at Rs 1,680.05 per share as of 12:40 p.m. The stock was among the top draggers in Nifty 50.
