Brigade Group Launches Residential Project 'Ebony' In Bangalore With Revenue Potential Of Rs 380 Crore

Real estate and property development group Brigade Group has launched a premium residential project, Ebony at Brigade Orchards, in Devanahalli, Bangalore. This project is part of the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township, as per a press release on Thursday.

Spanning 0.5 million square feet, Ebony will feature 230 residential units spread across four designed blocks. The project is estimated to have a revenue potential of over Rs 380 crore.

Ebony at Brigade Orchards reflects our dedication to creating spaces that enhance the quality of life for our residents," said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd.

"We remain committed to delivering superior value through innovative design, thoughtful amenities, and a tailor-made community experience," she said.

Shankar had recently commented on plans to launch 20% to 30% of the company's upcoming residential projects in Chennai, a key market. These new launches are expected in the next four quarters, she added.

Brigade Enterprises had announced the launch of its premium residential project, Brigade Altius, in Chennai. The company expects a potential revenue of Rs 1,700 crore from the newly launched project. The project is located in Chennai's IT corridor, Sholinganallur.

"This particular project is targeted at the upper-mid segment. It is about 1.4 million square feet, potentially about Rs 1,700 crore in gross development value, and it comprises about 660 units," Shankar told NDTV Profit.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises ended 2.71% lower at Rs 950.45 apiece, as compared to a 0.24% rise in the benchmark NSE Nifty 50. The share price of the company has fallen 10.76% in the last 12 months.
