Notable shareholders in AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. are set to sell equity up to Rs 600 crore via open market transactions on Monday.

The indicative floor price for the block deal is Rs 650 per share, which represents a 4% discount to the current market price, according to sources.

The sellers in this transaction are private equity funds, including True North, Indium IV, and Silver Leaf Oak. Investec is acting as the banker for the deal.

True North Fund V LLP owns a 1.02% stake in AU Small Finance Bank as of the quarter ending March 2025, as per BSE shareholding data. Indium Iv Mauritius Holdings Ltd. had 1.01%.

Shares of AU Small Finance Bank closed 0.11% lower at Rs 677.55 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 0.32% gain in the benchmark BSE Sensex. The stock has risen 7.2% in the last 12 months and nearly 20% so far this year.
