New Delhi: VE Commercial Vehicles on Monday reported 25.07 per cent increase in total sales of its Eicher branded products at 3,262 units in January 2015.
The company, which is a 50:50 joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, had sold 2,608 units in the year ago period, VE Commercial Vehicles said in a BSE filing.
Domestic sales registered a growth of 25.10 per cent at 2,905 units in January 2015 as against 2,322 units in the same month last year.
Exports of Eicher trucks and buses increased 24.82 per cent at 357 units in January 2015 as against 286 units in the same month of previous year, it added.
