Elan Group awarded a construction contract worth up to Rs 1,100 crore to Leighton Asia for its high-end residential development, 'Elan The Emperor', according to a press release from the firm.
The project is located in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. It is a part of Elan Group's Landmark 50 acre, an integrated township focusing on luxury houses.
The construction contract for Elan The Emperor covers up to 5 million sq. ft. of built-up area. The project was designed in consultation with noted architects, urban designers and construction experts such as UHA London, SWA Group, WET Design, Hirsch Bedner Associates, CD+M Lighting Design Group, Mero Contractors, DSA Engineering, LERA and Thornton Tomasetti.
Leighton Asia has been awarded many Civil and mechanical, electrical and plumbing contracts by Elan Group for its ongoing projects, which includes Elan The Presidential, Elan The Imperial and now Elan The Emperor.
The total value of these contracts is around Rs 3,000 crore. These contracts cover a total built-up area of approximately 12.5 million square feet.
With Elan The Emperor, Elan Group is further expanding its luxury residential portfolio in Gurugram.
