Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a delegation-level talks with UAE president in Abu Dhabi and stressed on the need to emphaise on dialogue and diplomacy to resolve the crisis in the Middle East, while highlighting that the conflict is impacting the entire world at present.

PM Modi landed in the UAE on Friday, beginning a five-nation visit that will also include the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Italy. He landed in Abu Dhabi by afternoon, where he was welcomed by UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and received a guard of honour after arrival.
