Due to limited parking, attendees have been advised to use public transport, metro services, or cabs to reach the venue. To manage the expected influx of visitors and ensure high-level security, authorities have strictly defined the entry protocols. While registered delegates and general attendees can begin entering from 9:15 a.m., a special early window has been provided for exhibitors, who may access the venue starting at 8:00 a.m.

All attendees and visitors are required to carry two mandatory documents: a valid personal QR code and a government-recognised ID. How to Access Venue

For those arriving via cars/cabs, Gate No. 4 has been designated as the primary entry point. Conversely, those opting for the metro should use Gate No. 10 for direct access.

Parking Facility

As per the advisory, some paid parking is available in the basement of the venue. To bridge the gap between these lots and the venue, a dedicated shuttle service will run continuously to Gate No. 4. Once inside the campus, the organisers have deployed a fleet of golf carts to assist delegates with intra-venue movement. Additionally, shuttle services will operate externally between Gates 4 and 10 to facilitate easier navigation.

All registered delegates, including invitees, speakers, attendees and other stakeholders, have been requested to cooperate with the security and traffic personnel. Meanwhile, food courts will remain fully operational to serve attendees throughout the day.
