The Indian cricket team led by Rohit Sharma clinched the T20 World Cup, held in the West Indies and US, and to celebrate this victory, the team will ride an open-top bus in Mumbai on Thursday.

The Board for Cricket Control in India Honorary Secretary Jay Shah shared the news on X, formerly known as Twitter, with a poster that said "Happening Again"—reminiscent of MS Dhoni's 2007 T20 World Cup-winning celebrations.

The celebration will kick-off with their arrival at Delhi Airport at 6 a.m. on Thursday, followed by a breakfast event hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sharma and his squad will then fly to Mumbai, arriving around 4 p.m.

The celebrations will continue with an open-top bus parade, starting from the National Centre for Performing Arts in Nariman Point and culminating at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. This is India's second T20 World Cup and first International Cricket Council title in 13 years.
