Urban Company Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet this week to consider and approve Q4FY26 results, covering the financial performance for the January to March quarter. The company also announced that it will host an earnings conference call for investors and analysts to discuss its Q4 results. The tech-enabled home services platform made its market debut in September last year.

In an exchange filing, the company said that its Board will meet on Friday, May 8 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company also announced that it will host an earnings conference call for investors and analysts on the same day. The call is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. IST and will focus on discussing the financial performance for the reported quarter and full financial year. Participants are required to pre-register through a designated link provided by the company to attend the earnings call.

Urban Company Q4 Trading Window
In addition, Urban Company stated that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This restriction applies to designated members of the company such as directors and promoters to comply with norms for prevention of insider trading.
Urban Company Q3FY26 v Q3FY25
Urban Company reported consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 383 crore from Rs 288 crore in Q3FY25. Ebitda loss widened to Rs 35 crore from a loss of Rs 2 crore a year ago. The company also posted a net loss of Rs 21 crore, compared to a strong profit of Rs 232 crore in the same period last year. Additionally, average order value declined to Rs 1,249 from Rs 1,381.

Shares of Urban Company listed at Rs 162.25 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Sept. 17, 2025. Since then, the stock is down 11.53%. In the last five trading sessions, the stock has fallen 3.22%, while it has given 20.82% returns in the past one month. The stock is up over 12% in year-to-date terms.
Soon after its market debut, the stock touched its all-time-high of Rs 201 on NSE on Sept. 22, 2025 and its lowest performance was recorded at Rs 100 on March 4, 2026, below its IPO price of Rs 103.
At 9:32 a.m. on Thursday, Urban Company shares were trading 1.04% up at Rs 147.59 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a flat benchmark Nifty 50.
