"We downgrade Urban company (UC) to U/P from Neutral as after the recent stock outperformance, we find risk-reward skewed to downside. Since its 10 results, stock is up 30% (vs Nifty down 1%)," the brokerage said in its note.

The brokerage that surge in stock price came despite competition being high in the Instant help service space & consensus downgrades on estimates for EBITDA & EPS for FY27-28 post the first quarter numbers.
