Powerica, the largest of the three newly listed companies, made a weak debut, opening at a discount of 7.34% on the NSE at Rs 366 compared with its issue price of Rs 395. On the BSE, the stock ended its debut session at Rs 375, reflecting a 5.06% discount to the offer price. Based on the listing price, investors incurred a loss of Rs 1,073 per lot. Notably, the stock had been trading at a grey‑market premium of Rs 10 per share ahead of its market debut.

The power solutions company raised Rs 1,100 crore through its initial public offering, priced at Rs 395 per share with a lot size of 37 shares.

The issue drew overall subscription of 1.45 times during the bidding period. ICICI Securities, Nuvama Wealth Management and IIFL Capital Services acted as the book‑running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India served as the registrar for the IPO.
