Paisalo Digital Gives Dividend Of 10 Paisa In Q4; NII Up 66%, Asset Quality Steady

The company's net profit for the quarter under review also soared over 58% year-on-year

Paisalo Digital Ltd.'s year-on-year performance for the fourth quarter of FY26 remained robust, with the Net Interest Income surging 66%. 

The company posted an NII of Rs 161 crore, compared to Rs 97 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially, the NII has risen 9.52% from Rs 147 crore. 

Apart from this, the company has declared a final dividend of 10 paisa, according to an exchange filing on Sunday.

"The board of Directors of the Company has recommended the final dividend of 10% (i.e. Re. 0.10) per fully paid equity share of face value of Re. 1.00 each for the year ended March 31, 2026," the filing stated. 

The company's net profit for the quarter under review also soared over 58% year-on-year to Rs 71.3 crore from Rs 45 crore. In the previous quarter the company had posted a bottom-line of Rs 65 crore.

Total income went up 34.8% to Rs 256 crore from Rs 190 crore in the year-ago period. In Q3, total income came in at Rs 236 crore.

Paisalo Digital Share Price

Paisalo's stock ended 0.30% lower at Rs 49.46 apiece on the BSE on Friday. This compared to a 0.66% decline in the Sensex index.
