Cyient Ltd. has said that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The Board will also take up a proposal to recommend a final dividend for the financial year, if any.

Cyient Ltd. reported a 24.9% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 91.8 crore for the December quarter of FY26, impacted by a one-time provision related to the implementation of new Labour Codes. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 122.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations declined 4% year-on-year to Rs 1,848.5 crore, compared with Rs 1,926.4 crore in Q3 FY25. On a sequential basis, net profit fell 28%, while revenue rose 3.7%.
