In an exchange filing dated Jan. 21, Cochin Shipyard said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Jan. 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025.

The Board of Directors will also consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

In accordance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed for designated employees from Jan. 1 to 48 hours after the Q3FY26 results are made public on Jan. 28, 2026.

Cochin Shipyard reported a 0.12% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 1,245.88 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 1,244.34 crore in Q2FY25. Profit declined 43% YoY to Rs 107.53 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 188.92 crore in Q2FY25.
