- Acquisition of JV Chemicals may dent balance sheet a bit.
- Growth that would come from that is notable.
- Short term will be sideways but will do good on the longer term.

- Still a no.
- Trading at much higher valuation compared to peers.
- Not a unique story anymore.
- For me it's an avoid.
