Bharti Airtel Q4 Results: Profit Up 10%, ARPU Marginally Slips; Dividend Of Rs 24/Share Declared

Bharti Airtel Ltd.'s net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 rose 10.5% sequentially, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday. 

The telecom giant posted a consolidated bottom-line of Rs 7,325 crore, compared to Rs 6,631 crore in the preceding quarter. 

The Average Revenue Per User slipped slightly on a quarter-on-quarter basis to Rs 257 from Rs 259. The ARPU was 245 in the year-ago period.

Revenue from operations rose 2.6% to Rs 55,383 crore from Rs 53,982 crore in the previous quarter. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation stood at 31,492 crore, up 2.3% from Rs 30,783 crore in Q3FY26. 

Ebitda margin stayed flat at 56.9 in the quarter under review. 

Additionally, airtel has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 5 each. The company said that details of the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the payout will be intimated soon.

The company's Net Debt stood at Rs 1.65 lakh crore, compared to Rs 1.83 lakh crore in the preceding quarter.

The India Mobile business remained stable, with revenue and Ebitda both rising 1% sequentially to Rs 28,831 crore and Rs 17,479 crore, respectively, while margin improved marginally to 60.6%.

The Home Broadband segment clocked a revenue and Ebitda growing 10% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 2,191 crore and Rs 1,100 crore, respectively.

Airtel's India mobile customer base expanded to 37.32 crore at the end of Q4FY26, up 1.28% from 36.85 crore in the previous quarter. The 4G customer base rose 1.98% to 29.68 crore from 29.10 crore.

Customer retention improved during the quarter, with churn declining to 2.4% from 2.9% in Q3FY26.

Bharti Airtel's stock ended 1.84% higher at Rs 1,789.20 apiece on the NSE. This compared to a 0.14% advance in the benchmark Nifty index on Wednesday.
