Advance bookings for Bhooth Bangla have officially commenced, building strong momentum as the film nears its theatrical release on April 16. Headlined by Akshay Kumar, the horror-comedy is already gaining traction across platforms and is being widely regarded as one of the most anticipated Hindi releases of the year. With tickets now available, early trends suggest a steady response from audiences, particularly in major urban centres.

A major highlight of the film is the reunion of Akshay Kumar with filmmaker Priyadarshan after a gap of 16 years. The duo, known for delivering iconic comedy entertainers, last collaborated on Khatta Meetha. Their coming together again has sparked nostalgia, with fans expecting a similar blend of humour and engaging storytelling.

Certified U/A 16+ by the Central Board of Film Certification, Bhooth Bangla runs for 164.52 minutes, making it a full-length entertainer that blends spooky elements with situational comedy. While specific plot details remain under wraps, promotional glimpses suggest an eccentric storyline filled with haunted settings, quirky characters, and comic confusion—hallmarks of Priyadarshan's filmmaking style.

The film also features a strong ensemble cast, including Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, and Wamiqa Gabbi, alongside Akshay Kumar. Backed by Balaji Motion Pictures, a part of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with Cape of Good Films, the project is produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ektaa R Kapoor.

With advance bookings underway, paid previews scheduled, and audience curiosity steadily rising, Bhooth Bangla is poised for a promising box office start as it prepares to hit cinemas this week.
