CBSE Class 10 board exams 2026 are likely to be announced in late May

The results for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 board exams 2026 are likely to be announced in late May on the official website, cbse.gov.in. However, an official announcement is yet to be made.

The result dates of previous years presents a distinct timeline. In 2024, results were disclosed on May 13, and in 2023, they were announced on May 12. Even in earlier years such as 2019 and 2016, results were made public in the first or second week of May. The only exceptions were during the pandemic when the schedule was delayed into July and August.

Follow these steps to check & download CBSE class 10 result

Step 1: Visit the official CBSE site: cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in

Step 2: Locate the link that states ‘CBSE Class 10 Result 2026' on the homepage

Step 3: Input your roll number, school code, date of birth, and admit card ID

Step 4: Click on 'Submit'.

Step 5: Your results will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Download the marksheet and print it for future reference

CBSE 2026 Results in Middle East

CBSE results for the Middle East (Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE) will be compiled according to the following Assessment Framework:

Students who took all examinations: The results for these students will be announced based on their performance in the examinations.

Students who took four examinations: The results for these students will be determined by the average of the marks obtained in their best three performing subjects for the subjects that did not have examinations conducted.

Students who took three examinations: The results for these students will be calculated based on the average of the marks obtained in their two best-performing subjects for the subjects for which examinations were not held.

Students who took two examinations: There are very few students who have participated in the examinations for only two subjects. Their results will be declared based on the average marks from the two remaining subjects.
