It includes first-generation founders of ventures valued at $100 million or more and next-generation leaders heading family-owned businesses worth at least $200 million. Together, these business owners manage companies worth $357 billion (Rs 31 lakh crore), or almost one-eleventh of India's GDP.

With 18 years of experience each, Kapil Jain of Goldmedal Electricals and Varun Sunil Kapur of Travel Food Services lead the list of ‘India's Most Experienced U40 Leaders'. Their leadership shows the depth of knowledge that young entrepreneurs are bringing to India's corporate environment.

A distinguished set of leaders, each with 17 years of professional experience, follow Jain and Kapur. These include Sagar Daryani and Binod Kumar Homagai of Wow!
