Billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani-led Adani Enterprises Ltd. is set to release its earnings report for the fourth quarter and full financial year 2024-25 on Thursday.
In a filing to the stock exchanges on April 27, the Adani Group flagship announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors has been scheduled on May 1 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company also informed the stock exchanges that its Board will consider a proposal for recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the FY 25. The Board will also consider proposals for fundraising.
Adani Enterprises Ltd., the flagship of the diversified conglomerate Adani Group, is a leading player in the energy, logistics, consumer goods and mining sectors.
Adani Enterprises Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In view of the results, the company announced a trading window closure period starting from April 1. The trading restrictions will be lifted 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. The trading window closure is applicable for top executives such as directors, promoters and their relatives, as well as other designated persons
"Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025," Adani Enterprises announced in a separate exchange filing on March 30.
Adani Enterprises Q3 Results
Adani Enterprises Ltd.'s top line for the three months ended December stood at Rs 22,848 crore, an increase of 1.1% from the preceding quarter, while its operating income rose 26% to Rs 12,377 crore for the first nine months of the ongoing financial year.
The company's consolidated revenue rose 6% to Rs 72,763 crore, while profit before tax increased 21% to Rs 5,220 crore.

The Adani Group stock has dropped 5% in the past five sessions. Shares of Adani Enterprises have remained flat over the past month. The stock price has fallen 9% year-to-date.
Adani Enterprises shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,743.9 apiece on the NSE on June 3, 2024. The stock touched a 52-week low of Rs 2,025 apiece on Nov 22, 2024.
Adani Enterprises Ltd. shares were trading flat at Rs 2,325.00 apiece on the NSE, as of 10:45 a.m., compared to the benchmark Nifty 50 at 24,321.20.
