New Delhi: Realty firm Supertech on Wednesday claimed it has sold 250 apartments worth Rs 150 crore in its housing project in Gurgaon within two months from the launch.

The company is offering units at Rs 48 lakh in its Azalia project, Superetch said in a statement.

"There have been several reports about lack of appetite in NCR's real estate market but as the success of our project amply demonstrates, there are buyers in large numbers if we offer quality projects at right price," Superetch chairman R K Arora said.

"The sale of 250 Units within 60 days definitely sets a yardstick and points at an upward trend in the residential real-estate market," he added.

Meanwhile, the Allahabad High Court had in April 2014 ordered to demolish Supertech's two 40-storey towers - Apex and Ceyane - in a Noida housing project. (Also read: 'Sink or die', buyers need to be paid back: Supreme Court to Supertech)
