(Bloomberg) -- Renault SA fell after Asahi reported that Carlos Ghosn, who heads the French company and is chairman of Nissan Motor Co., is to be arrested in Tokyo on suspected breach of financial trading law. Nissan shares also tumbled in European trading. A representative for Nissan didn’t have an immediate comment and a Renault spokesman couldn’t be reached for immediate comment.
