The length (4440 mm) and width (1695 mm) of the new City is unchanged from the previous version. But the wheelbase of the new City has increased by 50 mm (at 2600 mm) and the height is up 10 mm (to 1495 mm), helping to offer more cabin space.

Boosted by the success of its Amaze model, Honda Cars had crossed the 1 lakh sales mark for the first time in a year, with total sales volume of 107,661 units in the calendar year 2013. The new City is expected to further give a fillip to its sales in India.
