Brigade Enterprises Launches Residential Project In Bengaluru Worth Rs 1,100 Crore

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has launched a residential housing project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, named “Brigade Insignia,"  according to an exchange filing on the BSE.

The project comprises six towers with 379 units of three, four and five bedroom hall and kitchen apartments, dubbed 'Limited Edition Sky Villas', which will be spread across six acres of land. The company said that this project has a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore.

The total development area will be around 0.90 million square feet.

Shares of the company closed 0.75% lower at Rs 1,359.35 apiece, as compared to a 0.74% rise in the NSE Nifty 50.
