The company had reported a net profit of Rs 45.8 crore for April-June in 2015-16, it said in a filing to BSE.
Its standalone total income for the quarter under review declined to Rs 468.3 crore as against Rs 475.12 crore in the year-ago period.
The total expenses, however, remained stagnant at Rs 421 crore.
The company said its construction and contract division earned a revenue of 431.2 crore while build, operate and transfer (BOT) unit recorded Rs 6.06 crore.
On BSE, the stock closed at Rs 155.45, up 0.36 per cent, from its previous close.
