A Delhi NCR engineer's social media post on real estate prices in Noida, where apartments have staggering price tags of Rs 15 crore, has gone viral.
The video by Kashish Chhibber, who goes by the Instagram handle of 'Witty Engineer', has struck a chord with millions of viewers.
In the video, Chhibber takes his Instagram followers to Noida Sector 124, where he checked out an apartment at the upcoming ATS Knightsbridge. "Can you guess the cost of an apartment here? It's Rs 15 crore for a 4BHK, and Rs 25 crore for a 6BHK!" he exclaimed.
"I'm forced to wonder who is buying these apartments. What work do they do?," says Chhibber, adding, "I feel like no matter how many jobs I switch, no matter how much I trade or invest, will I ever be able to afford a 4BHK in this society?"
