Internet-famous spiritual figure Abhay Singh, or IITian Baba, who gained popularity during the Prayagraj Mahakumbh on the internet after his interview, is now married, as per Hindustan Times.
The baba confirmed to ABP that he tied the knot at the Aghanjar Mahadev Temple in Himachal Pradesh on Mahashivratri on February 15. Reportedly, the IITian Baba, along with his wife, is currently living in Dharamshala.
The IIT-Bombay alumnus and former aerospace engineer, Abhay Grewal, returned to his hometown in Jhajjar district of Haryana to seek the blessings of his parents with his newlywed bride, Preetika. As per the reports, she is also an engineering graduate from Karnataka. They met about a year ago and bonded over spiritual goals to promote Sanatan Dharma and spirituality.
Moving forward, the couple intends to dedicate their lives to promoting Sanatan Dharma and eventually establishing a dedicated 'Sanatan University'.
The Grewal family celebrated the homecoming with great joy, according to Dainik Bhaskar. His father, Karan Singh, shared his delight over the marriage, while his mother, Sheela Devi, welcomed the couple home with a traditional ceremony.
Again, the duo attracted mixed reactions on social media, where their pictures have surfaced.

While another user wrote in shock, “Did you get the news about IITian Baba?” The original post is in Hindi, “IITian wale baba ki khabr pta chali kya?”
Who is IITian Baba?
Abhay Singh's journey began far from the spiritual path. After graduating with a degree in aerospace engineering from IIT Bombay, he moved to Canada to work in the aerospace industry, where he reportedly commanded a monthly salary of Rs 3 lakh. Despite his professional success, he eventually made the choice to walk away from his lucrative career to dedicate his life to spirituality.
