OnePlus 15T has launched in China as the latest smartphone in the OnePlus 15 series, joining the flagship OnePlus 15 and the lower priced OnePlus 15R. With the advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset under its hood, the OnePlus 15T delivers impressive performance, which is backed by a big 7,500mAh battery for endurance through the day. To enhance the gaming experience, the device features a “Wind Chaser Gaming” kernel and a dedicated touch response chip. The OnePlus 15T could be rebranded as the OnePlus 15s when launched in India.

The OnePlus 15T arrives as a powerful compact flagship smartphone. It comes equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which has reportedly scored over 4.45 million points in AnTuTu benchmarks. The phone features the same G2 Wi-Fi chip as the standard OnePlus 15. It ships with Android 16-based ColorOS 16 in China and is expected to ship with OxygenOS 16 globally.
For smoother gaming, it includes the next-generation Wind Chaser Gaming kernel that supports up to 165fps gameplay at 1.5K resolution in popular titles, along with a dedicated Lingxi touch response chip for improved responsiveness. It supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM along with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
The camera setup includes a dual rear system powered by Oppo's LUMO imaging engine: a 50MP main sensor with Sony's Ultra Vision technology and a 50MP telephoto offering 3.5x optical zoom and up to 7x lossless digital zoom. For selfies and video calls, it gets a 16MP camera up front. The phone supports 4K video recording.
The OnePlus 15T packs an impressive 7,500mAh Glacier battery, claimed to deliver around 22.8 hours of online video playback, 13 hours of navigation, or 10.3 hours of gaming on a single charge. It supports 100W SuperVOOC wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and bypass charging. The phone is 8.4 mm thick and weighs approximately 194 gm.
The display on the OnePlus 15T is a compact 6.32-inch LTPO Amoled panel with a 165Hz peak refresh rate and a resolution of 1,216 x 2,640 pixels. The display has TUV Rheinland Smart Eye Protection 5.0 and Low Blue Light certifications for better viewing comfort. Additionally, the phone comes with robust IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
The OnePlus 15T will be available in multiple configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. Its colour options include Relaxing Matcha, Pure Cocoa, and Healing White Chocolate.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth, and comprehensive satellite navigation systems (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, QZSS). Sensors comprise proximity, orientation, light, gravity, altitude, and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
