Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.'s net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 declined 31.7% year-on-year, according to an exchange filing.
The auto giant posted a consolidated bottom-line of Rs 5,783 crore, compared to Rs 8,470 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 1.04 lakh crore, up over 7% from Rs 97,863 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal.
The company has also declared a final dividend of Rs 3 per share per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
If approved, the payment of the dividend will take place on or before July 14, 2026.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation were down 21.7% to Rs 11,212 crore from Rs 14,498 crore in Q4FY25.
On the operational front, margins contracted to 10.7% from 14.8% in the year-ago period.
Additionally, the company announced that it incurred a one-time gain of Rs 110 crore in the quarter under review.

The company said that while the domestic business saw steady growth, headwinds such as tariffs and the cyber incident impacted its overseas business, speficifically Jaguar Land Rover.
"Going ahead, we will continue to build on our resilience through a slew of product interventions, and cost-side actions, while the global geopolitical environment and commodity prices continue to remain key monitorable," Dhiman Gupta, Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors PV said.
