In an exchange filing dated April 28, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 14 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26, at the forthcoming 81st Annual General Meeting of the company.
