REC Ltd.'s net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025-26, saw a decline of 21.7%, according to an exchange filing from the company on Tuesday.
The firm's net profit was at Rs 3,375 crore YoY (year-on-year) from the previous fiscal's Rs 4,309 crore. Its total income (revenue) was down 5% to Rs 14,583 crore YoY compared to Rs 15,348 crore in the year ago period.
The company has declared a final dividend of Rs 1.55 per equity share. The dividend wil paid within 30 days of its declaration in the annual general meeting.
This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 7 per equity share already declared during the financial year 2025-26 in four tranches, thereby making total dividend for the financial year 2025-26 to Rs 18.55/- per equity share on face value Rs 10 each, the company said via its filing.

REC Q3 Results
The company's net profit in December was almost flat at Rs 4,052 crore, as compared to Rs 4,076 crore in the year-ago period. The company logged a 5.4% increase in its total income to Rs 15,058 crore from Rs 14,287 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.
Share price of REC Ltd. ended at 0.60% decline to Rs 375.80 in the day's trade, compared to a 0.40% downturn in the NSE Nifty 50 on Tuesday.
FY26 Performance
Inspite of challenging macro economic situations and geopolitical uncertainity, REC has registered its highest ever annual net profit of Rs 16,282 crore during financial year ended 31st March 2026.
