The company's final dividend, of Rs 1.55 per equity share, wil be paid within 30 days of its declaration in the annual general meeting. 

This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 17 per equity share already declared during the financial year in four tranches, thereby making total dividend for the financial year 2025-26 to Rs 18.55/- per equity share on face value Rs 10 each, the company said via its filing.
