The companies will report performance for the January to March quarter, which marks the final period of the financial year FY26. These results will include key financial metrics such as revenue, net profit, and margins along with full-year FY26 performance updates.
These span across banking, retail, capital goods and manufacturing. Alongside the results, these companies will also conduct earnings calls to explain trends and share their outlook for the coming months. A few firms may additionally announce dividend payouts. Companies Sharing Q4 Results On May 4:
Ambuja Cements, one of India's leading cement manufacturers; electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy, major public sector undertaking Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL); real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd., are among the companies that will announce their Q4FY26 on May 4.
Others in the list include IIFL Capital Services Ltd., Manappuram Finance Ltd., Tata Chemicals Ltd., Tata Technologies Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., KEI Industries Ltd. among others.

Ambuja Cements Q3FY26 v Q3FY25 (Consolidated)
Ambuja Cements (part of the Adani Group) reported the highest ever consolidated revenue at Rs 10,277 crore. This marked a 20% increase from Q3FY25. Operating Ebitda declined to Rs 1,353 crore versus Rs 1,712 crore. Ebitda margin compressed to 13.2% from 18.2% in the prior year. Profit after tax surged to Rs 378 crore versus Rs 106 crore. During Q3FY26, Ambuja Cements announced the amalgamation with ACC and Orient Cement.
Ather Energy Q3FY26 Results
Ather Energy Ltd reported Q3FY26 results with narrowing losses driven by strong volume and revenue growth. Net loss reduced to Rs 85 crore versus Rs 198 crore in Q3 FY25. The company sold 68,000 electric two-wheelers, up 50% YoY, reflecting robust demand. Total income rose 53% YoY to Rs 996 crore. The company reported an Ebitda loss of Rs 29.9 crore.
BHEL Q3FY25 v Q3FY26 Results
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) reported consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 8,473 crore from Rs 7,277 crore. Ebitda improved sharply to Rs 772 crore versus Rs 420 crore. Profit after tax increased to Rs 382 crore from Rs 125 crore.
