Metropolis Healthcare Q3 Results: Net Profit Surges 32%, 3:1 Bonus Issue Declared

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. reported a 32 % year-on-year rise in the standalone net profit to Rs 41.4 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 31.4 crore, as per an exchange filing from the company on Wednesday.

Revenue was at Rs 406 crore compared with Rs 323 crore, up 25.8%. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation was reported to be Rs 94.9 crore versus Rs 72 crore, up 31.7%. Margin is seen at 23.4% versus 22.3%.

Metropolis Healthcare also issued the bonus equity shares of the ratio 3:1 of face value Rs 2, i.e three equity shares for every one equity share. The record date for the same will be announced in "due course."

Shares of Metropolis Healthcare closed 0.56% lower at Rs. 1,896 crore on NSE, compared to a 0.19% increase in the Nifty index on Wednesday.
