LCC Projects IPO: Key Details
The IPO of LCC Projects is a book-built issue of Rs 427.14 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares aggregating to Rs 258 crore and offer for sale of 1.16 crore shares worth Rs 169.14 crore.
The face value of each share is 5, and the price band for the IPO is set between Rs 139 and Rs 146 per share.
To participate in the IPO, retail investors must bid for at least a single lot of 102 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 146, a retail investor will need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,892 for one lot of 102 shares.

Company Financials
The revenue of LCC Projects increased by 24% and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 28% between the financial year ending with March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025.
For FY26, LCC Projects reported:
- Total income: Rs 3,639.45 crore, up 23.74% from Rs 2,941.01 crore in FY25
- Profit after tax: Rs 286.44 crore, up 28.09% from Rs 223.63 crore
- EBITDA: Rs 519.90 crore, up 29.64% from Rs 401.04 crore
