Garden Reach Shipbuilders declared a final dividend of Rs 6 per share after declaring its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025-26, as per the firm's exchange filing on Tuesday. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 110th annual general meeting of the company, the company's press release said.
The company's net profit was up 24% YoY (year-on-year) to Rs 303 crore compared to Rs 244 crore in the year ago period. The firm's revenue was up 29% YoY crossing Rs 2,119 crore from Rs 1,642 crore in the previous fiscal.
The firm's Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) was up 61% YoY to Rs 355 crore from Rs 221 crore in the preceding financial year. Its Ebitda margin expanded to 16.8% from 13.4%.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders Q3 Results
GRSE reported an 45.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in total income to Rs 1,957.69 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 1,342.85 crore in Q3FY25. Profit jumped 74% YoY to Rs 170.77 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 98.19 crore in Q3FY25.
Share price of Garden Reach Shipbuilders Ltd. went up 0.84% to settle at Rs 2,875.30 in the day's trade, compared to a 0.40% downturn of the NSE Nifty 50.
